Tuesday:  Reading calendar (20 minutes)
Wednesday:  Bring media book for media day on Friday
Thursday:  Novel reading (Chapter 1) for reading calendar
              Media books due tomorrow!
Friday:        Read all weekend!

Week of 10/5:

Monday:  Reading calendar (20 minutes or more)
Tuesday:  Vocabulary worksheet for Lesson 2
             Study for vocabulary quiz on Friday
Wednesday:  Reading calendar (20 minutes or more)
Thursday:  Study for vocabulary quiz with flashcards and homework due tomorrow
Friday:       Read all weekend with your new library book(s)!

Week of 10/12:

Monday:  Reading calendar (20 minutes ormore)
Tuesday:  Vocabulary worksheet for Lesson 3
Wednesday:  Reading calendar (use novel for record of pages and time)
                  Don't forget your parent's signature!
Thursday:  Reading calendar and vocabulary worksheet due.
              Read for 20 minutes or more on your NEW reading calendar due 10/30.

Thursday:      Reading Calendar (begin reading Newbery book from media center!)
Friday:           Keep reading Newbery book and share favorite part(s) on Monday!
