Welcome to Ms. Meeder's Class
This is my third year at Elkridge Elementary. I love teaching and being with students all day. I graduated from Towson University with a degree in Elementary Education. I'm currently living the city life in Baltimore City, and loving every minute! I've spent the summer going to Yellow Stone National Park and at the Outer Banks. When I wasn't on vacation, I spent my time teaching summer school, relaxing at my house, and hanging out with friends and family.

HOMEWORK-
REMINDERS: Please remember to check you child's Take Home Folder and Assignment Book each day. Please initial the Assignment Book each night. Please check on Friday for special school handouts such as the weekly newsletter and permission slips.
Reading: Find a good book and read for at least 100 minutes each week. Your log should total at least 400 minutes by this day. Make sure your parents initial your log. This reading homework assignment is out of 400 points. I will check the log at the beginning of every week to make sure you're meeting your weekly goal of 100 minutes!

Language Arts: Language Arts will consist of the following components: vocabulary development (2 weeks), phonics spelling rule (1 week) and writing/grammar (combined with our vocabulary and spelling weeks).
