NOTE: This is NOT an "instant" process. Sometimes it works quickly, BUT it can take an 1/2-hour or more to the get the converted file. So, you may need to ask your teacher if you can turn the assignment in later, and get a lunch pass to come back for it. |
Zamzar converts files between common formats. If you have a file that is not compatible with school computers, you can use Zamzar to convert it. You must have an email address. Here's how to
use it:
1. Save the file you want to convert. (It probably ends in .docx, .odt, .wps, etc.)
2. Click on the button to go to Zamzar.com.
3. Follow the steps on the page. (For step 2, choose .doc for Word, .xls for Excel , or .ppt for PowerPoint.)
If you need help with the process, please see the Media Staff.
