Homework
Students usually have homework every other night that is due in two days.
WHEN STUDENTS DO NOT HAVE HOMEWORK THAT NIGHT THEY NEED TO WRITE THE WORD NONE IN THEIR AGENDA BOOKS SO THAT PARENTS ARE AWARE THAT THERE IS NO HOMEWORK THAT NIGHT. Students should not be spending more than 30 minutes a night on their social studies homework. Students who are absent the day a homework assignment is given will be given an appropriate length of time to make it up. Those students who consistently do their homework will be rewarded. Those students who choose not to do their homework will receive missing assignment stamps in their agenda books. I encourage parents to look at the agenda book every night and write their initials next to the missing assignment stamp(s) so they are aware of their child's homework habits.
